Logitech has developed a nice pair of wireless headphones specifically meant for the iPod. Logitech's headphones use advanced Bluetooth technology that provides interference free high quality sound and they have integrated iPod controls that let you adjust the volume, pause and select tracks, etc.
All you need to do is connect the adapter directly into your iPod and then store it up to 30 feet away and enjoy your music. The wireless headphones will work with any version of the iPod except for the iPod Shuffle (at least that is the only one missing from the list on the product page).

Unfortunately these nice looking headphones are a little too expensive, $149.99 (which basically is almost as much as the iPod Mini).
