The Cool Fan Mouse

The Cool Fan Mouse does exactly what its name suggests: it features a quiet performed fan with on and off switch on the side and air circulation holes to cool your poor hands (and great to speed up the drying of nail varnish, I guess).

Bonus: the LED light that illuminates the mouse gives it a "Saturday Night Fever" look.

With 6 feet long wire and USB/PS2 combo connectors.
