Sleeves Tattoo'd Clothing
It takes guts to get serious skin art like this, but you can fake it (sort of) without commitment with a Sleeves Tattoo'd Shirt. It won't fool anyone close up, but will probably freak out parents from a distance, at least. In addition to sleeve styles in dermagraphic, tribal, or Japanese, you can get a full body shirt, which is in the style of traditional Japanese chest plates and gives the impression of a fully illustrated torso.
