The Next Step In Oral Hygiene

Okay, I admit it. I'm a hypochondriac when it comes to oral hygiene (among other things). I always wash off my toothbrush with antibacterial soap before I toothpaste up and stick it in my mouth. Apparently I've read one too many articles about all the germs that can form in the warm, moist condition you leave your bristles in once you are done brushing.
Imagine my relief to find the Purebrush toothbrush purifier. Hospital-grade ultraviolet antisepsis provides that next level of cleanliness over antibacterial soap (and without all the soapy taste). The Purebrush site touts that "University studies have proven that the Purebrush System eliminates up to 99.9% of all yeast, molds, viruses, and illness causing bacteria that live and flourish on your toothbrush."
A compact model, perfect for travel, is available from the Discovery Channel Store.
So, don't put that toothbrush in your mouth... unless you know that it's been under the UV light!
