Julia Child's Favorite Gadgets

The great Julia Child was a self-professed gadget lover. The exhibition of her kitchen at the Smithsonian's American History Museum includes dozens of esoteric tools like an anti-monte lait (ceramic disc which prevents milk boilovers) and a tastevin, a little metal cup used by sommeliers for tasting.
