I know you pretty much have to be a Luddite not to have your entire music collection stored on your iPod, but I still haven't gotten around to a full mp3 conversion. I'm a music hog so I've been dreading the task and just been listening to a lot of scratched and skip-prone discs. Now I can stall just a little longer. d_skin CD/DVD covers are ultra-thin protective skins that are laser-transparent, meaning your disc will be fully readable and usable with the skin on. My excitement about d-skins is tempered a little by the fact that they're about a dollar a piece, making it a little cost-prohibitive to protect your entire CD/DVD/Playstation collection all in one go.
